I’ve recently traveled with this company to hunza, Skurdu for eight days, although the overall trip experience has been quite pleasant related to all the services that had been mentioned, but some issues that my friends and I faced were related to the people travelling with us. Since we were three girls travelling alone we should’ve been informed about the people that are gonna be with us as in how many families, single boys/girls etc so that it’s not a surprise for us when we’ve already started the travel.
Also another thing is that the bus/coaster was a little too crowded considering we’ve to travel in the same vehicle for about more than a week, which sort of becomes annoying at a point.
My overall experience with the company has been okay with no such problems with the services promised by the company. The tour guide also patiently listened to our concerns and tried to solve them in however way it was possible.
